DAILY TARIFF (For SPECIAL OFFERS see below) From per room

• Single Room with private bathroom               £27 to £45
• Double /Twin ensuite                                  £53 to £65
• Family room for 3 (double & single en suite)  £74 to £81
• Family room for 4 (double and bunks)           £88 to £100
  • Children 1-3 years £5.00 per night
  • Aged 4-16 £16 per night
  • Over 16 full adult price
  • Please state when booking.

Family rooms can be used for 3-4 adults, then full adult price would apply. (Please note that if a booking is taken for a family room but adults arrive, then the full price will be charged)

Bank Holiday weekends - minimum of two nights (but always worth phoning to see if a single night is available)

Groups are welcome at a small extra charge. Please ring for availability. (No groups taken mid July - August)

We welcome dogs (at a small extra charge) with a well behaved owner! Please state when booking.

Please note we are fully non-smoking. Smokers are asked to go outside onto the drive and use the bin provided. Failure to do so will incur a £50 on the spot charge to cover extra deep cleaning.
 
CONTRACTORS welcome with early breakfast no problem.
A deposit of 1 nights stay per person is required in order to reserve the accommodation, (I regret that deposits are not refundable), and the outstanding balance is to payable on arrival.

Rooms are available from 2.00pm (or earlier by piror arrangement ) on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure. I will be happy to cater for late arrivals or early departures with prior notice.

All major Debit/Credit cards will be accepted and carry a 2% surcharge. Card details will be taken for all bookings to secure the booking.

Cheques will have a 60p surcharge added.
