Children 1-3 years £5.00 per night - Aged 4-14 £15 per night.Over 14 full adult price. Please state when booking.

Family rooms can be used for 3-4 adults, then full adult would apply. (Please note that if a booking is taken for a family room but adults arrive, then the full price will be charged)

Bank Holiday weekends - minimum of two nights (but always worth phoning to see if a single night is available)

Groups are welcome at a small extra charge. Please ring for availablility. (No groups taken mid July - August)

We welcome dogs (at a small extra charge) with a well behaved owner! Please state when booking.

Please note we are fully non-smoking. Smokers are asked to go outside onto the drive and use the bin provided. Failure to do so will incur a £50 on the spot charge to cover extra deep cleaning.
 

A deposit of 1 nights stay per person  is required in order to reserve the accommodation, (I regret that deposits are not normally refundable), and the outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

Rooms are available from 2.00pm (or earlier by piror arrangement ) on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure. I will be happy to cater for late arrivals or early departures with prior notice.

All major Debit/Credit cards will be accepted. ‘(except Amex)’
